"Home through the Hills" is the view driving from Brisbane through the Great Dividing Range. The variations of colour in skies, mountain ranges, fields and towns never grow old. Sometimes I can't resist stopping on the side of the road to simply stare up and out and over.
Since this work was first painted, many have said that the view reminded them of their own Homes through the Hills - in quite different locations.
