In this impressionist/naive style Australian artwork the river winds through land and lush growth forms around it, feeding natural bushland and agricultural crops.

Outside the river reach there are riches of another kind to be found: jewels studded in the ground and above it; native plants adapted to this environment; and that wild ochre beauty of the outback.

This mixed media artwork is 107 x 107cm square. The overall painting has been treated with a Matt finish, while the river glistens under a clear semigloss lustre.
